Return policy

At LullaPink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Return Timeframe

You may return most items purchased from LullaPink within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Not included in the non-returnable list (see Section 6)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@lullapink.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Repackage & Ship: Pack your item securely (ideally in its original packaging), include your RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchange availability depends on stock.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear, intimates, or swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items or cosmetics

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.


8. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • In cases where we are at fault, LullaPink will cover the cost of return shipping.
