At LullaPink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below to ensure you understand the process and conditions for returning or exchanging items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items purchased from LullaPink for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange unless the item is faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must not be on the non-returnable list (e.g. sale items, intimates, or swimwear).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or fall outside your statutory rights.

3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@lullapink.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorisation: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation with instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item, ideally in its original packaging, and include your Return Authorisation.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets the eligibility conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchange availability depends on stock. Return shipping fees apply for exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following unless they are faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear, intimates, or swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products or cosmetics

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue. Please include photos of the damage/defect to assist our team in resolving the matter quickly.

8. Return Shipping Fees

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or your return falls under Australian Consumer Law, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
